Hey everyone,

I just had an unfortunate thing happen in a trade with generalsleo. The trade was my used Silver Diamond saw for a used Deal and Real Deal. To make a long story short, the hairline cracking that I described to general before we made the deal spread ridiculously during transit, rendering the ball junk. I felt terrible about the whole thing and offered to return his balls and/or compensate him with some cash. Throughout the whole ordeal, generalsleo was perfectly calm and pleasant to deal with. I have not yet worked out a way to compensate him for the junked ball, but I will certainly find a way. I just wanted to let everyone know what an honest, understanding seller/trader this guy is. I have done business with him in the past, and, as long as I can keep my gear from cracking out, I wouldn't hesitate to do more business with him in the future. He's a model seller. Thanks for the understanding generalsleo! I'll make sure I find some way to make things even on this deal.
