This guy is great.  I got a Thing returns drilled with inserts and slug, with shipping, for $185!  That's a great price.  Also, the drill job was absolutely great!  The inserts and slug lined up perfectly with the ball, and everything was correct.  

Doug's a great guy to deal with!  If I need something again, I'll definitely look his way first.
