I'm glad a few have spoken up about their refunds since everyone was so in an uproar when they were getting shafted.

Anyone else get their refunds from Hawkeye yet?

I never posted anything when I was waiting for my ball, and then my refund, mainly because I wanted to give him more than ample opportunity to make things right, which he finally did today.

I just have a hard time saying "thanks" for a refund when I sent this guy money 2 months ago, he got to use it (interest free) for that time, and although I am financially even now on this transaction, I wasted time reading posts on here, and sending/receiving e-mails/messages on this matter.

I think it's clear that if any of you do business with him in the future, you are either WAY too trusting or just not very bright.

I wasn't involved is this unfortunate deal with Adam, but I have had numerous transactions with him  in the past, and would do so again with no hesitation.

Since I consider myself a very bright guy (I got smarts real good) I guess I am too trusting. He made a mistake and as far as I know, is making it right. Sounds like character to me. But what do I know, since I would deal with him again I must be stupid.

$110 and 64 days later and I AM STILL WAITING!!!

Why are you repaying nearly everyone except me.  I done have nothing but remain patient while everyone else was screaming about legal action.  I guess you only repay the "squeaky wheels".  Well, now I am a "squeaky wheel".  I will file a police report tomorrow at 5pm, call your house every hour on Christmas Eve and Day, etc.  Whatever it takes to get you to finally pay me.  My patient waiting is at an end.
