rray has a point, if goods are delivered not as advertised, step one is to contact the seller. Has this been done? if so can buyer provide emails, messages or whatever with dates.
I firmly beleive a buyer should have the right ot tell us of bad expereinces but at the same time, the seller should be given the right to correct it first. common courtesy.
If this common courtesy has been followed, then i agree users should be allowed to post up negative experiences, especially if the seller is refusing to own up
not defending just one person but all the sellers on this board
