This is not my first time dealing with im4x4nut. Excellent communication. Quick replies, he tells you when the ball will be shipped, when it has been shipped, and when you're supposed to receive it. The ball was flawless, in box with product registration card, and drill sheet that weren't part of the deal. I'd call it a NIB ball except for 3 holes in it, but they just make it easier to roll in my opinion. Thanks for another great ball. If this Xxcel is anything like the first one you sold me, I won't be disappointed.
