I just finished a transaction with Josh.  We ran into an issue where the ball I wanted was out of stock.  Josh offered a refund or a different ball.  I chose another ball and man he gave me a steal of a price for my inconviences.  Very customer oriented and great communications even when he is on travel.  If you get the chance to do business with him DO IT!!
