My transactions and service with Phil McMurdy were handle in a very professional way. Bought from him some bowling balls that were drilled based on a bowling ball that I sent to him. All three bowling balls came back in a reasonable time. The fit in all three of the bowling balls were precise as the one that I sent. The layout drilling were faultless based on the conversations that we had by phone. The finger and thumb fittings is great and the release is smooth.
