Bought a Big-R-Bang from him and everything went smoothly.  He was quick to respond to my messages, patient in dealing with me.  The ball arrived packed more securely than stuff that comes new from the factory.  He's still got a Kong and Big Kahuna for sale, he's worth buying from.
