Beans Pro Shop goes ABOVE and BEYOND

I would like to thank Thomas from beans Pro shop for being the first one to do buisness with me here on BR.  
Not only being my first and hopefully not the last.  
But Thomas went well above and beyond any seller I have seen.  I have followed several of the threads here of people being ripped off.  I had concated him about a ball he had for sale that I was interested but if someone else beat me to buying please feel free to sell to them.  

He contacted me back and asked for my address and said he would get the ball out to me.  I replied back and told him that I would not be able to pay for it until my work comp check came after the first of the month and if someone else wanted the ball feel fre to send to them.  
He again sent me a message again he said he didn't normally did this but asked again for my address and said he would send the ball out.  Well about a week later sure enough I have a 14lb Blue Beast right as described. and payment went out this morning for the ball.
I couldn't say enough about dealing with a better guy.

I can understand why ledgend is upset. He purchased a 14 lb. Power Groove Dry/R with about 5 shots on it from me for $35.00 shipped. After we agreed on a deal he paid me rather quickly through Paypal. After he paid me I just couldn't remember where I put the ball as I am closing my one shop and everything is a cluster right now. Well about 5 days went by and sure enough I went to practice and in my PBA arsenal was the Dry/R..I forgot I put it in there to take to the regional and that is how I relocated the ball. Once I found the ball I immediately shipped the ball out to ledgend. He asked for tracking and I couldn't supply it because I didn't have the ball so when he finally asked again I emailed the tracking right out to him and he should have the ball as we speak.  Thanks

100% customer satisfaction is hard to come by but I think I'm pretty close.   beans

Beans, some of that statement is true and some not. There is alot you left out also. I will post feedback later tonight when I get back home and check out the ball. I'm leaving work now and have a dinner party to go to. I will check it out tonight, then post.
