SrKegler is a decent man (shhh.. don't tell anyone)
« on: September 08, 2003, 08:51:44 PM »
I just wanted to give my sincerest thanks to SrK.

After looking for a way to try out Lane#1 he came through with a Pink Raspberry.

I asked him how much, he asked for nothing in return, other than an open mind.

I asked to repay him for shipping, he again said, it wasn't necessary.

A fine man & an asset to our small community here. I hope to pass the favor on to someone else some day.

Thanks again.

You're welcome Justin.  I'm just glad that I can be of help.  I really loved that Pink it was one of my favorites because dull its great in oil and polished its great on lighter, a ball that covers a wide spectrum.  I hope you like it and keep us posted on your thoughts.  Thanks for the compliments but please don't make me seem too nice because I have an image to uphold.  I'm actually a really big burly Harley riding guy who snarls at everything and I uses teeth to open beer bottles.  Take care.

Busted?

Quoted for posterity. Gladly taking bribes *cough*blackmail*cough* to remove this post.

I really could use a Buzzsaw that gets through the heads nice & clean, maybe a silver diamond? *wink wink*

Thanks BJ, As you probably noticed the ball had been plugged more times than a 30 yr old nympho.  Hope you can use it to get an idea on how strong these balls are. sorry, I have to keep my silver to bail me out of those games where I start off with a buzzard.

Hey Peter, welcome back.  Wondered what had happened to you.  I thought Brenton & Rawls had whipped you so bad you quit.

Looking forward to seeing you back on the Super6 standings.

I dropped the pink off at the proshop on friday. He said that we would do his best to fix some of the cracking but the best option would be to just kick the CG out more & get that stuff out of the way.

We went with a 38 degree layout. About a 10:30 layout, looking similar to the CG leverage layout on the driling sheet.

I'm hoping to get it back on Wednesday & try it out!
