I finally got the Fear Factor from Derek.  It's in slightly rougher shape than I had anticipated, but nothing a good resurfacing couldn't fix.  Pretty typical of equipment that's been used on old wooden lanes which have not been maintained well.

Generally speaking, Derek's been pretty straight in dealing with me.  However, he needs to work on maintaining contact via frequent e-mails, faster response times, etc., especially if there are any delays in closing a deal.  Hopefully, he's learned a lesson from his recent travails on this forum.
