Matt, I hope you make good decisions and follow through now.  While for some people it's lost, you still can get some credibility with people on this site for making amends...Next time, just try not to get to anxious....

I think you should keep your s/n though.  If you change it, people will think you're up to the same tricks, so just be a man and keep it, and try to rebuild yourself.

Sorry for my rant, but I'm worried this could ruin credibility for all minors...

DOUG -- YOU HAVE A GOOD IDEA ---- I'D CALL IT P-O-E-T-I-C  J-U-S-T-I-C-E ----  BUT IT'S PROBABLY NOT THE "RIGHT" THING TO DO.... Not unless you had  some instructions in writing from Crazy11 giving you specific instructions spelling that out...After all the input let's hope the wrongs start to get "righted" ( I spent 30 years as a commercial credit manager -- there are always debtors out there that never seem to have the money to pay you, but then you find out through  the trade group that he's got money to buy from your competition...)

I want to point out a few things that I sent in PM section to Matt.

I told him it is time for him to be a stand up guy. That taking care of his debt to Shaggy (even if it were only $25-$30 at a time) would be a good way to start taking care of the wrongs he committed in the past. $25-$30 at a time may not have been great----but it certainly is better than getting nothing. It was a step in the right direction for Matt.

I also stated, if he corrected all of his wrongs and decided to start dealing again-----and people were willing to do so with him-----that he would have to understand in a trade that he would have to ship first so the person can get the item, then ship to him. In a purchase situation, send the money first (no questions asked) and once the money is there then the item be shipped to him.

I bashed matt as much as anyone has, and I still do not fully believe that he held up his end of the bargain with me. I got past it though, because he atleast did his best to try to settle with me, and is doing so with Shaggy.

I apologize.....I do not normally take a liberal stand in things, but for some reason today I have leaned that way. If he does right with everything, and takes the money from Doug and pays Shaggy......that shows some manhood, some maturity.

Matt,

Are you going to give Doug consent to send me the $111 as payment in full.  This is a true test of your character.

So how does anyone new get a break?  I remember you helping Gabe (Middleman Bowling) get a start.  That didn't work out so well and some people had to fight tooth and nail to get all or some of their money back.  I do agree not to do business with brand new people who only frequent the Wanted/For Sale board.  At least if they contribute to the other forums for a while, you get a feel for their character.  You might still get screwed, but the chances are probably reduced.

everyone is new, no one is a veteran in the beginning, and even some veteran ballreviewers might screw someone.  its not about old or new people its about trust.  if you have a hard time trusting people because of all the crooks, you shouldn't be on here.  i have dealt with all of these people: KMAN300, PBA1G11, NEXT LEVEL PS, LION95,CHARLEST, 9ORBETTER, BOWLERSAIDPROSHOP, WARRIOR, DSTANEK, SOLID9, MR TRACK, D MCLAUGHLIN, MORRISON22, REV_O_LUTIONS, KOMIKE, IAMTHEGREAT, NEWMANADAM, NORTHFACE28 and every single one went flawless.  BUT... at anytime these people could screw me on something.  but i trust them until that day comes IF it ever does.  i hope it doesn't but i TRUST them.

you have ever right to angry if someone screws you over and to tell everyone, that is why the feedback forum is there.  if you get screwed tell everyone, bit@h about it, call them names, call their mom a name if thats what makes you feel better, just don't make a bad experience with one person ruin it with another. and what i mean by that is, don't make the newcomers feel like crap and say "you're new, i don't trust you"  if you don't want to make a deal with them cause you don't trust them, then don't. but don't just do it cause they are new.  some people on here have been screwed and then say "i am never coming on here again and i don't trust anyone"  but then i see them post something 3 days later.

its just my opion on this, i am not trying to tell anyone what is right and what is wrong, for all i am concerned i could be wrong.

thanx for your time

i completely understand lefty and agree... i just don't JUMP into deals with new people, i do get a little feel for them, but a lot of people just blow them off like they "screwed them" when they are just new.  like you said though, it shows a good portion of personality when people post all over the place and respond to posts outside of the selling forum.  plus its entertaining to read everything.

but this is about crazy MATT so lets just keep on him until he is gone for good. cause one screw up shame on you, two screw ups digging a hole, three or more its time to go.

Oh, that's good...Leftside I was getting ready to argue until I saw that you meant people completely new to the boards.....But yeah, that is a generally good idea.  Makes more sense then blindly jumping into something.
