Sent payment, payment was received and cleared the bank Sat August 16th.
I was told ball would be shipped by Tuesday 19th. Ball wasn't shipped. Still has not been shipped. No contact from him for 2 weeks. Poor form. I don't like people who say they will do something and don't. That makes them a liar. They have time to go to the bank but not the post office. Don't purchase from.

I agree about the fbomb...no need for it. That word could get you banned by the owner of the site. Just wait it out and allow the money to arrive. If you sent the money back to landiscr then there should be no problem. What you have to understand is that there have been many people on here who have completely put the shaft to honest sellers/buyers. I was included in getting the shaft for nearly 6 weeks before it was resolved.
I think that landiscr will post and let us all know when/if the money arrives. Just sit back and when it arrives your reputation will be mostly cleared.

Something doesn't jive here. Poor guy waits 2 weeks, ball still hasn't been shipped. This guy comes on complaining he's ruining his reputation. Guess what, it doesn't take 2 weeks to reply. How long was he supposed to wait, a month, 2 months.
Hopefully he will get his money back and we find another person not to deal with.

The planning began with the need to have someone ship the ball due to Warren having to go out of town (Begin the Planning). He thought of who he would choose (Arranged Recon and Made Recon), and he chose his wife (Completed the Planning). The responsibility for shipment of the ball was given to his wife (Issued the Order), BUT there was no follow-up to ensure the task was completed (SUPERVISE). It seems that keeping Landiscr informed, would have made ALL the difference in the world.
I would like to add that Landiscr should have dealt with Warren privately before going public. It was not mentioned that Landiscr contacted Warren first. After reading Warren's explanation, it appears that he did not LIE, but just failed to inform Landiscr what he had planned, and did not follow-up with his wife. I always give out my number and e-mail address, so that communication is easy. Hopefully this will be resolved, and that people would give others a chance to explain, not just wait for an explanation. Also, if the word "liar" is used, that would apply to everyone, because how many lies does it take for a person to be called a liar? Answer; one (1), which I am sure that everone has done at least once in their life. Before an individual is tagged as a liar, it needs to be proven that it is habitual.
Pheeeeeew!!!! Sorry, fingers got carried away!! I would deal with either of these 2 individual users, if there was not a Doug Sterner living.

And the reason people are reacting the way they are ibowl300 is because far too many people have been shafted buying/selling through this site. And it may not have been as bad for warren if he had not started getting overly defensive.
