baiscally , I won an auction, and paid instantly
he did not ship
won't return e mails or pm's
won it on the 4th
today is the 21'st
this guy is a notorious crook and I am a dumbazz for trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I got one e mail stating he experienced a loss. Ordinarily, I understand, this does not , however, prohibit you from staying in touch w/ somebody who won your auction.
He has used this " experienced a loss " excuse on several other members throughout the years, thus, my extreme skepticism .
I know he has been online everyday, I know he has received my pm's, I know he has received e mails through paypal, all to which he NEVER ( except once ) RESPONDED.
now the burden is on me to fight it out w/ paypal to GET MY MONEY BACK

ive had one dispute with somebody that i purchased something through pay-pal and never received my item. It was around 2-3 weeks and i received a refund from pay pal. best of luck

I had the samething happen to me on Ebay from a different seller. Paypal got me my money back fast. All you need to do is send paypal your auction number and the email correspondences you had with the seller and they will make the decision from there. In my case they got me back my money within a week. Good luck.

I received my money back quickly also from PayPal. You just have to go through some steps in the "dispute" portion of PayPal.

Well i won a ball , And it wasnt properly packaged and the ball came out its box and was lost. Never recieved it , filed a claim with paypal , WON my case and still havent got anything back. All i got was a empty box that was marked damage & contents missing labels on it.

it's not 30 bucks , and honestly it's the principle of it.

count yourself a very lucky man
I know of at least 10 people he has screwed on a bad ball deal
