Yeah ... IF he replys to your emails and PMs; my recent personal experience was less than positive in regards to communication and his replys to my PMs and emails ... even after several polite followups. All that I ever ask and, quite frankly expect, is a simply "Yes, let's deal or "No thank you" (not to much to ask, is it )
 That being said, I don't disagree with this poster or his assessment of his overall transaction and experience with this roomie.
