BWLR7..the saga continues....
« on: March 19, 2006, 06:59:57 AM »
Well guys...it is official now I guess.  I have been shafted.  Jacke Rudny, from Hilton, NY has NOT refunded my money as promised over a month ago.  He DID however, quickly cash the money order I sent him.  I received notice from the money order company yesterday showing a copy of the money order where he endorsed it to be cashed.  I feel I am left with no further options but to involve the Hilton, NY police.  Anyone who has gone through something similar before, please pm me or post here with the necessary steps I need to take.  Sad that it has to come to this, but I don't see where I have any other choice at this stage.  I will reply to this post tomorrow once I get into the office with the physical address I sent the money order to via FedEx in case anyone happens to live close by there.  Considering involving this StrikeOut pro shop as he stated he was acting as an agent for them in selling their stock, but not sure on that one just yet.  Thx in advance for any help you can give in assisting me with solving this unfortunate problem.

Darren, sorry to see this happen.  I almost bought a Pioneer from him but he balked on using Paypal and wanted a MO instead - a red flag for me.

Perhaps this site will be of some help to you:

That is likely the same Pioneer I was buying from him.  $94 down the tubes.
