Neg. FeedBack For TMaxx11 - Sellers Beware!
« on: December 10, 2003, 05:32:08 AM »
Everybody knows me here on the boards, I will bend over backwards for anyone and even go as far as to order equipment I don't have to help out buyers.  Sellers be careful of TMaxx11, he didn't rip me off but did cost me money!  I held 2 NIB balls that would have probably sold off my list's but even went as far as to order a ball from my supplier, (special ordered Pin Out) for his needs.  His pay day comes and goes, no money arrives!  He says I will get another money order in the mail, it never arrives!  Then he just happens to have a friend that lives in the same state as me, WOW!  He is now sending me his payment, WOW!  Payment never arrives, he tells me his friend must have screwed him, WOW!  So now I'm screwed, so I explained to him that a ball sent back to my supplier has a 15% restocking charge or I keep the ball and eat the total myself, WOW!  If you guessed he never wrote back a reply after hearing that info, WOW!  Just be careful with TMaxx11,  have the money in your pocket before you hold or order anything!

G_Thing,
Thanks for your comment, it made sense, and I have been there also with EBay!  Even with the forms you still always lose the listing fee, so No Matter What you never get your money back for a non paying bidder, thanks again for your reply.

Winny567, as for your comment I didn't need that.  Yes he can defend himself, just like he said, maybe next time he won't make a deal before he has the money to buy.  But since this is a business for me I guess I can afford it, is that what you mean?  Well, I wish I could but a loss is a loss and it's in my pocket no yours.  This post board is for buyers and sellers to post good or bad transactions, my post was to inform other sellers.  If he has the money then sell but don't hold or order for him because it may cost you and not him!  Even if he would have said 20.00 a week till it's paid but he has No intention on buying them now.  Even the shipping and restocking charge would have been nice but he doesn't feel that it is his problem, or is it?  When you open up your Pro
Shop Winny567 and you lose money instead of making profits, let me know how you like it.

TMaxx11 & Winny567,
Your both barking up the wrong tree, and Tmaxx11 you don't want to see my attitude.  The last thing you want to do is mess with this Ex-Navy Vet.  I think
you already have my address, don't you!

Since I can't seem to keep my big mouth shut, here's my 2 cents worth.  With the net cutting into most pro shop operator's pockets, it can be tough to keep one open.  And when a ball is ordered on good faith and is not picked up, the shop has to pay shipping both ways and a restocking fee if they don't want to get stuck with it or have to have the money tied up in stock.  Seems like tmaxx needs to at least pay that amount to make things square with MadMax.  Probably not going to happen though.  Sorry to see you get the shaft MadMax.  Tmaxx probably asked for a discount too, and by not buying from his local shop hurt them as well.  I have never sold a new ball here on BR, but I think if I were to, I'd have the money in hand before I ordered it.  I get most anything I need in a day, or I could have my supplier ship it to whomever ordered it from me and I pay the shipping when it is on my bill.  I could see that a situation like this could be avoided with a credit card.  Like I said before, just my 2 cents worth.
PS Tmaxx- wish I had the extra income right now, I race RC cars and would love to have the T-Maxx you are selling!!!

TMaxx11,
If I had a dollar for every person who threatened me, had an attitude with me or wanted to kick my butt I would be a rich man!  The last thing I am worried about is you, and your apology has been noted.  As for cleaning toilets, I hope that not your full time job, I think it's time for you to move on.  Like I said, if you want to see me you have my address, if I am not hear some one will give you directions to my shop.

Toon,
It would have been nice if it worked out like that but that's the way it goes.  Yes I shipped it back, have to pay it all!  Already had 2 of those balls in stock on close out, didn't need another.  Your 2 cents is always welcome, thanks.

It is now mid-afternoon on Sunday and the message

Unable to track shipment "1Z 613 RV1 03 3556 359 8".

We could not find information for this Tracking Number. Make sure the Tracking Number is correct and try again. (1044)

still appears for that tracking number.  I've made shipments in the past that had valid numbers but were not in the physical shipping system yet and that was not the message that appeared, even on ones where I created the shipment online and had not yet gotten it to the Customer Center for pick-up.

He may have also ripped Doug Sterner out of 3 new balls, slugs and shipping.  I'd provide a link to the wanted section ($450 RC truck), but TMaxx seems to have deleted it.

Well Chris you need to step up to the plate here and start filling in the details.

Looks like your package was delivered today...at 11:51 AM....now I would hope to have a tracking number for my return shipment tomorrow.

I have a copy of the signature from UPS when the package was signed for so I know it was delivered and signed for.

Also can you explain to me why the person who signed for the package had the last name of Wagar???

Doug,

Beware!!!  It sounds like you might be dealing with M. Wagar who ripped me off on a 15lb NIB Brunswick Inferno several months ago.  I shipped the Inferno to him expecting to receive a 15lb NIB AZO Red Fire.

Hark...is that the sound of a tightening noose I hear in the distance?

Also interesting is that the message on UPS.com hasn't changed for the tracking number that was given and we still don't have the promised scanned copy of the receipt...

I'm all for I.P. Banning for scammers like this!!  Sometimes things happen that hender people from getting things out on time, but when you screw someone over and then change your name to try to save your reputation or just to scam other people, you should be banned. Or at least find a way to list what there previous screen names were and let us keep track of who's Ok and who isn't.

There was a Matt Wagar/Wagner from Fort Gariot, Mi that was pulling some of the same stuff.

Seems it all started with EXCALIBER {I think his problem was settled}, and there were others.  It happened some time in and around July 21 st.

I do remember his fathers name was David.

Probably speaking for many when I say that I'm still interested in the signature issue that Doug posted about.  I noticed that component was conspicuously absent from tmaxx's response...I feel people around here have the right to know who they are dealing with.
