Negative feedback for kjmanginelli0208, never sent his end of the deal!

I made a deal with him over a week ago and sent him the balls the next day and he said he would ship the day after that. Well after I sent him the tracking info I never heard from him again! Ive sent 20 plus mesages with no reply!Thats 3 balls that I'm out that I could have traded to someone else. Buyers and traders beware of him!!

Unfortunately, this has happened numerous times. In the end of all of them, the person usually got what they should have gotten, but not without a lot of effort.

I really think someone needs to get in touch with the webmaster or whom ever and start a forum post to be updated by members to keep us all updated on "bad members".

hey buddy i got the disease mononucleosis and i sent the ball out and you were home so they sent it back and i got really sick i swear on my life no joke i will give you were ball and whatever else and some extra money and i promise the ball is out by monday or tuesday please read this soon i really am sick and i havent been on but yea i promise to you i will send it out and i will give you extra money and i can give you a extra ball also what ball do you want of mine i feel like a total f*ck head and i know but i promise i will send it out ok and im sorry

And the other one, both he sent yesterday:

I Never sent them for free, I traded them for an NV that I never got. I still want that ball but whos actually knows if he will ever send it out.

I find it funny not only does he always screw someone over he is always sick when it happens.

The kid is a pathetic piece of junk that disappears for a few months then here he comes to scam again, find is IP and ban him after the deal gets settled.

If he actually sends the stuff out thats fine. If not, the only thing I can really think of doing is turning over his info to the local PD. That would be considered Larceny, wouldent it? Each ball retails for $160, so times 3 thats $480. Its no small chunk of change. I still have all of our orignal messages too that I could turn over as evidence or something.

Ummmm.... hate to rain on the Excuse Parade, but when he was deliquent in shipping me a ball last year, he was also "sick."  I think he was waiting for the ball to come in from another deal -- the ball that I intended to purchase was no longer available.

Cool, thanks. Well, according to him he is going to send them out tomorrow or Tuesday, but we'll see. If I still have nothing I will contact his local PD and post all of his info on here again. I will get my stuff some way or he will be punished for it.
