Not real happy with Newbie Crazy11
« on: April 02, 2004, 08:24:39 PM »
You know, new guy comes on the site wants to sell some balls, maybe.

May be 18 maybe not.  Makes a few deals changes his mind.

Hey that happens.

I have a problem with that but not big.

What I really have a problem with is if someone asks me to work on a ball they've agreed to buy and THEN backout.  To get the deal done I offered to plug a perfectly good Core Power HRG drilled lefty to save him cash.

After I was done(a few days, you know the drill), I asked for address. Well no reply, then a zip code.  Oh would I take another ball.  Or how about a 4 ball roller.

I finally said, look, I want to be paid for the plug work and move on with my life.  I set a deadline for a final response and then I would post negative feedback.  Here I am!  I deliver as promised.

Crazy11, when you make a deal it's a deal.  At this point just pay me for the plug work and you can go on and futz around with other users on here.

If you know me often when I deal it's one or too emails and then BOOM, you've been paypalled.  If I'm going to hesitate I'll tell you for how long and then you let me know if you'll wait or not. I don't have time to send 20 emails on a deal.

At this point I'd avoid Crazy11 until he evens up on this.  I've noticed that even at this time he's out makin other deals while not responding to my messages.

REgards,

Luckylefty
PS I'm sure his id will be changed soon.  His zip is 48059 I got that after 20 messages.
PPS I will remove this post after successful resolution.

I will message you with address.

Upon receiving payment I will remove post.

I msged you yesterday regarding your very unclear msg, I never did figure out where the Crunch went. It sounded like you bought with cash another ball not traded the crunch you had promised to me.   You never did get back to me in an hour like you stated and after about 10 days of this nonsense I gave you a deadline.  The deadline passed without a final resolution. What you just posted here should have been messaged to me last night.

I can also be paypalled and this will be removed, today!

REgards,

Luckylefty
PS just so you know, a completed deal is a completed deal.  Same thing done with real estate and other valuable commodities results in large lawsuits.  Better deal, whatever.  Often with damages.  Don't keep makin deals after you've done one. It's a bad habit to get into.
PPS emails and message content are proof enough.  But this is not that important.

Luckylefty,

Thanks for the heads up.  He has a bag I was thinking about trying to get, but I think I'll wait to see the resolution of this before I do anything.

Maybe then he will see how one bad deal can affect others. If you get a bad rep started, it is very hard to get rid of.

Crazy11 just deleted a post where he had apologized for his actions.

In the post he admitted to selling the same ball 4 times(Track Crunch) all at about the same time.

He referred to paying me an inconvenience fee of $10.

I posted that he was not paying me an inconvenience fee.  I charge $200 an hour in the business I run outside of the little bowling drilling services I do.
I took off from that business to plug a ball to help him out in the trade we had arranged.  I took 1 1/2 hours off work.  I also emailed him over a period of about 10 days for a total of 1 hour to try to complete this trade.
2.5 hours X 200 per/hour = $500 inconvenience fee.  He is not paying that!

Instead he is paying a discounted plugging fee of $10 versus the $15 I usually charge!

REgards,

Luckylefty
PS I would not be surprised that this ID Crazy11 disappears like today along with all posts by him.  Would it surprise you! Anybody want to bet I don't get paid?

Crazy 11 did pay me and he paid me the higher amount 15 which I thought was classy.

I'm almost certain that future dealings I will have with him will go smoothly!
