I have to agree with you. I bought a ball from him a bit back, and he was patient while I made the arrangement, had fast shipping, answered all my questions, and the ball was better than expected.
I wouldn't hesitate to do it again, and was about to on another ball, but just couldn't make it happen on my end of things.
