What an awesome guy Ed is. He sent the bag to me the day

his vacation was to start. Fantastic communication and just

Never met Ed nor have I done business with him .. but I've had a number of email exchanges and he seems to be a great guy. I've seen him put a lot of good deals on BR that appear to be unrecognized by potential buyers .. never could understand it. Happy to see the deal went well .. good luck to both of you!
