The real story on D Mclaughlin

Darren Mclaughlin is first class and one of the best members on this site. I'll tell you why.

Darren and I have completed a few transactions in the past month. The first one was for a Colossus Pearl, and that started the worst week of buying balls in my life.

I bought three ball that week, two from this site and one from Ebay. The Colossus Pearl arrived in this huge, oversized box. Inside this box was this "ball" that looked like someone had rolled it down the highway. The ball was trashed. The Ebay ball, the seller forgot to mention the ball was a blem. Hell the best ball I got that week was from not_enuff_carry203 (yeah, remember him) and it was beat up pretty bad, however it was as described.

Anyway, I contacted Darren and this began a flurry of activity on his end. I shot him some pictures of the ball and he immediately began giving me options to make this deal right. We came to find out that FED-EX caused the damage and they reimbursed Darren no questions asked.

Darren offered me numerous options to make this deal right, including some NIB balls to replace the plugged Colossus Pearl. That was too generous.

I couldn't accept a NIB ball for the plugged one I originally purchased, fortunately Darren had a Colossus solid he was able to send as a replacement.

I've spoken to Darren many times since this transaction and he even managed to somehow get me to send him one of my prized SD-73s. (It was the begging that got to me)

D Mclaughlin is one of the best members here. He'll go above and beyond for you. Just don't hold that lefty thing against him, he can't help that.

Thanks D,
Donald

LOL!  I am just glad we could get it right for you bro.  No worse feeling for a bowler than to get a ball they have been dying to try out only to have it look like it fought a belt sander....and lost!  For anyone not sure..let me clear it up for you now.....Donald is 1st class 100%.  PS-It was the free autograph session I offered that got you off the SD-73 bro....the begging was just a bonus LMAO!

Weekly bowling league...$25
Pitcher of beer....$6
Taking a Lane#1 user's wallet with a RotoGrip ball that costs half as much....PRICELESS!!!
Some balls are overpriced and over-hyped....for everything else...there is RotoGrip.
