Had a deal with "tyuio7". I sent him $100 for a NIB Ransom Demand all the way back on 01-17-12. I didn't have PayPal fully up and running yet, so I sent him a money order, which I have done dozens of times before with no trouble. He received the money, but didn't ship the ball or respond to any of my pm's for two weeks. He finally responds on 01-31-12 and tells me that he had left town because of a death in the family. He also said that he was back in town and the ball would be shipped on 02-01-12. He never shipped the ball and has not responded to any of my pm's since. I have been using this site for five years and I have never had anything like this happen. The guy's name is

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions as to what I can do about this?

see if he cashed the money order, if not, I'm pretty sure you can cancel those things, but I'm not sure...if he has, contact the local authorities in his area. seems like a big deal, but usually gets the job done. internet fraud is a pretty big deal

I just googled him and if you want to see what he looks like, there is a youtube video of him bowling in a tournament plus some other info about him. Of course, there might be more than one Dave Labinski.

Post his name and full address. Maybe someone here knows him and can help you out.

If he cashed the money order and you received no ball, then contact the authorities in his city. He could get in some serious trouble for that if it's the case.

What a piece of crap. Had to be said. 1.5 months. There are no more excuses. People like that are nothing but losers and make the honest people suffer.....

I am in the same boat as you are with this seller. Sent him money order and has said he received it and would ship the balls. He mentioned a family emergency in the email and my condolences go out to him, but something should be done soon because it is going on two weeks since I have last heard from him. I just emailed him tonight to get an update. Is there anyone else with pending deals with this guy?
