I think it's appropriate to say you can trust making any bowling related from Tekneek with no trepidations whatsoever. That is, you can have complete confidence that he'll do the right thing to satisfy your needs.

He's simply, "good people".  He treats a person with respect and delivers exactly what he promises in a timely manner at great pricing.  All this, plus he's always got a minute or two to listen to an idea, a complaint, or a bowling related topic to help a person's game.  He's the kind of guy that you'd drive a couple of hours just to hang out and toss a couple of pot games with.  Thank you, Steve, for all of you hard work and effort to help me and all of the folks on this website.
