Guys just wanted to make you alert to our situation.  We agreed on a ball sale (XFactor) over 3 weeks ago now.  I gave this guy one hell of a deal on this ball even with his shaky reputaiton.  He said he would send the money order immediately, still to this date it has not been received.  Also have been pming him for about 2 weeks, no answer.  So I have decided to pull the sale of the ball and sell to someone else.  Just wanted to cover my azz if he comes up and says I screwed him in any way for selling it to someone else.  If he actually has sent the money order I will gladly send him back the money order plus a dollar just for what the money order costed to print up.  I think I'm being fair here, but I'll be damned if this is going to tarnish my rep on this site because he takes forever to get back to me or pay.   Just wanted to make you aware before and if it actually happens, don't even know that it will.

Thanks Guys,
Jeff

Put him on your ignore list.  Even as much as I'm out of town, I can get on the website quicker than 2 weeks.

Its a shame people like this exist but at least neither of you are out any money on the deal.

I completely agree with you inverted, but I would never deal with this guy again, and how long is too long to wait to cut off the deal?

Keep looking... I'm sure there's a 300 in one of those balls you keep buying!!

I had noticed a few other posts about him.  When I buy a ball off the site, most of the people go ahead and ship the ball immediaely instead of waiting for the MO to arrive.  If they did that with this kid they may be waiting a long time.

I think there was 2-3 other problems, have to do a search.

I feel once a deal has been confirmed, you ae morally bound to follow thru on it, or at a minimum, explain to the other party why you can't.

I used to think..maybe it's a weather related thing, as I'd read these. I'm in an area that has BAD thunder storms at strange times. I had my cable go out, even lost power the other day ( entire neighborhood ) but none of the above lasted for more than 2-5 hours.

I see no reason not to be able to at least say....my leg fell off and I'll send money tomorrow...or what ever the case. Today there's way to many ways to get online to let the other guy/gal know what's going on.

When selling, I usually give a 'cut off date' after that, balls up for sale, again. When buying, I'll paypal within minutes, if possible. Just how I do things.

So far ( knock on wood ) the  worst thing happen has been people changing their mind and backing out of a deal way before the ball was shipped. That's going to happen, time to time.

As for me, if I don't see 'good things' about a person, I just won't deal with them.

Jeff, I doubt if anyone here would ever think you screwed a person, at least I would know better, for what ever that's worth.

I'm done.
