I just completed a great deal with 10 In The Pit Pro Shop. I bought a ball from him shipping was fast. It was a pleasure doing business with. Would highly recommond him, thanks a lot

For the record, getting your money back after filing a claim with UPS IS a painful ordeal.  They stretch the process out as much as humanly possible.  And yes, UPS's policy is to pay the shipper directly and that's it, and they take ages to cut the check.  However, when I worked for The UPS Store back in college, I worked for a great owner who would do whatever he could to help customers who had items break.  He would call UPS about claims at least once a day, if not more, and hassle them until they finally paid out the money.

Edit -- glad to see you guys saw eye to eye on that issue (and the post about the issue was deleted even!)  Hopefully UPS reimburses you soon, even if it is only $30.

For the record, I wanna say that UPS was being the biggest PAIN EVER!! I have tried to contact them over 20x, and i got nowhere. I told Roger i would refund half of it, and he said just wait till i got it all.. Still to this day I have not rec'd any money from UPS, And i sent him back $30 today. i have A LOT of great transactions, and i dont want $30 to ruin a great reputation that I have started here..

Edit- Glad that everything was resolved, and sorry for it being a little late, I was in Vegas celebrating with good friend John Nolen, than came home, and got in a horrrrrrible car accident, its been nothing but hell, and really sorry for it taking so long!

Once again his money has been refunded.. Thanks again

Not to sound like an ass, but I feel you should have given him a full refund. You waiting on ups should have nothing to do with him having to wait that long and then only get half. If he paid $60 and the ball was no good, he should get all his money back. He can't go through ups and get anything back, thats between the the shipper and ups.

After reading the post again, I could have misunderstood the post. If the total purchase was $30 then my apologies. I read it the first time as $30 being the half.

I did give him a full refund, the purchase was for $30. I told him about a month ago that i would atleast refund him half $15 till i got the extra cash from UPS, he refused, so now the full refund by me was given, no problems at all! sorry again for the delay, but all it taken care of now! Thanks again everyone
