I had a concern about a gouge on a ball I was considering buying from him. He was such a good guy that he made me a personalized, 4 minute video, showing me the ball and explaining the location, size, and anything else i would need to know about it.
I've never seen anyone do this on here and I appreciated it so much that I am going to buy his ball, no problem.
Just thought it was cool and that people should know. Thanks Ram!
