Ringing10s: Has anyone heard from him lately?

This person owes me a ball and money. Just wondering if he is having family, health, etc. problems. If anyone knows anything please message me with details. It has been about a month since I have heard from him and I am concerned.

Actually,  I had some dealings with him about a month ago and amazingly enough, had major problems. He initially agreed to sell me a super carbide bomb, then backed out because he couldn't understand why I was mad that it was almost a month and still didn't have my ball. He spent my money I sent him and still hasn't re-imbursed me for the $$ I sent him.

If anyone knows anything about this guy, please let me know.

No, I sent my money to Connecticut. I don't this is the same guy you are looking for. Everything seemed okay with this guy. He had good feedback and good dealings with a lot of people, but for some reason seemed really disorganized and hard to reach most of the time. He doesn't seem like a bad guy from what I've read, but I don't understand why he won't take care of the transactions that he has started lately.

Let me know if anybody has any more info on this guy.

Has anybody heard from this guy besides Michele03??? I heard he lost internet access, but that is no reason to avoid me for a month and a half. He owes me either a little used super carbide bomb or $85 bucks. I sent him certified funds, he cashed it, then backed out of the deal. This occurred over a month ago. I am getting really sick of reading about people like this on this site. Even the guy who runs this site couldn't help me. All he can do is kick him off. How does that help me??

Does anybody have any suggestions?? Can I get the local police involved?? Maybe that would help him find an internet connection.

I don't understand this guy. I tried to do my homework. He checked out okay. Lots of good transactions. I've read many other threads about scumbags that are on this site, but this guy seemed different. After this experience I think I'll have to buy on ebay only. At least there is recourse if somebody screws you like this!!!

There's two Ringing10 on the site, One is in Calif (Ringing10) & the other in Conn (Ringing10s).

I dealt with the one in Ct earlier in the year, little slow shipping but no problems with the trade.

The pro shops in my area have much higher prices than what I can find online though.

I got a message from him on June 5th saying he put a check in the mail for me. I have waited ten days to get this before posting another update. It is now the 15th and there is no check. I was optimistic but now I am just pissed. I think I have given him ample time to send my money. The next step is the police!!

I just got message from him today and he indeed has sent out my ball. Don't know about your check but my ball is coming.

I strongly believe ringing10s..., He purchased my ball spinner and accessories no more than two months ago and paid for it using paypal.  The 300 dollar transcation went smooth.  I believe he is honest.  If he wanted to, he could've requested a cancelation of funds through paypal after he recieved the spinner because the address he provided was not certified, and paypal doesnt cover transaction under uncertified addresses..., but he didn't!  He recieved the spinner and accessories and all is good.

Give this guy a chance..., My transaction was 300 dollars.

I will update my situation as soon as I have good things to say. As of right now, I just have to say that it shouldn't take three months to get an $85 transaction straightened out. You should've sent the money back right away. Instead you cashed my check and kept it for two months. I hope these other people are correct, but I still have to say that if nothing else, you are very slow to do business with and not very quick in responding either.

Okay, it's now been another three or four days and guess what...no money has arrived at my doorstep.

I want to believe him when he says he is sending it, but I don't see any signs of him following through.
