Title: Ringing10s: Has anyone heard from him lately?
Post by: JustinM on May 23, 2004, 06:10:57 AM: This person owes me a ball and money. Just wondering if he is having family, health, etc. problems. If anyone knows anything please message me with details. It has been about a month since I have heard from him and I am concerned.

He initially agreed to sell me a super carbide bomb, then backed out because he couldn't understand why I was mad that it was almost a month and still didn't have my ball. He spent my money I sent him and still hasn't re-imbursed me for the $$ I sent him.

If anyone knows anything about this guy, please let me know.

He had good feedback and good dealings with a lot of people, but for some reason seemed really disorganized and hard to reach most of the time. He doesn't seem like a bad guy from what I've read, but I don't understand why he won't take care of the transactions that he has started lately.

Let me know if anybody has any more info on this guy.

He owes me either a little used super carbide bomb or $85 bucks. I sent him certified funds, he cashed it, then backed out of the deal. This occurred over a month ago. I am getting really sick of reading about people like this on this site. Even the guy who runs this site couldn't help me. All he can do is kick him off. How does that help me??

Does anybody have any suggestions?? Can I get the local police involved?? Maybe that would help him find an internet connection.

I don't understand this guy. I tried to do my homework. He checked out okay. Lots of good transactions. I've read many other threads about scumbags that are on this site, but this guy seemed different. After this experience I think I'll have to buy on ebay only. At least there is recourse if somebody screws you like this!!!

I dealt with the one in Ct earlier in the year, little slow shipping but no problems with the trade.

It is now the 15th and there is no check. I was optimistic but now I am just pissed. I think I have given him ample time to send my money. The next step is the police!!

The 300 dollar transcation went smooth. I believe he is honest. If he wanted to, he could've requested a cancelation of funds through paypal after he recieved the spinner because the address he provided was not certified, and paypal doesnt cover transaction under uncertified addresses..., but he didn't! He recieved the spinner and accessories and all is good.

Give this guy a chance..., My transaction was 300 dollars.

As of right now, I just have to say that it shouldn't take three months to get an $85 transaction straightened out. You should've sent the money back right away. Instead you cashed my check and kept it for two months. I hope these other people are correct, but I still have to say that if nothing else, you are very slow to do business with and not very quick in responding either.

To make a long story VERY, VERY short...

I bought a ball from him about 5-6 months ago. He said ball got lost in the mail. I asked him to refund my money, and he said that he would love to but he would have to wait for his taxes to come back. He said he would send me another ball instead. I've never gotten ball from him and he messages me every 3-4 weeks saying that it's on the way. But I never got any ball or money in the mail.

So I felt like I was owed either $55.00 or a top quality ball!!!

About 2 days ago, he refunded me back my full 55.00 through PAYPAL!!! So my deal has now been completely resolved thank the Lord!!!

As I type this, there are tears streaming down my face.

WOO-HOO - I hope he makes good on everybody else's deal like he has mine.

He does have a good reputation it sems like, so I don't know why this happened to 2-3 of us?
