Ouch man, I had followed the topic you had up before but it didn't get bumped and fell out of the top posts and I haven't read about it since.

I had a good deal with kenny probably a year ago but what he had done in that deal is inexcusable and just straight irresponsible. I wish you luck in recovering the funds, and remember if you kept record of the deal such as PM's and emails and such you can get some legal action taken.

he claimed to have sent it out two weeks ago and nothing so far. No He won't show his face on hear anymore I will be lucky if he even responds to e-mails within a week

In regards to magic I do have all the e-mails saved I may be taking legal action

Especially after defending him early in the transaction.

I cannot stand the internet the way it creates a sort of "invincibility" as it gives certain people the courage to screw over their fellow man.

Balls were finally refunded to me after 1 month in transition.. I currently have the balls and they are refunding me my shipping payment. The balls will be out tomorrow, not kidding. I will provide the tracking # tomorrow since I do now have the correct shipping address.

And me having to pay for the shipment twice, isnt all that great either. Especially when YOU gave me the wrong address saying it was 1166 when it really was 1133. I have made two payments of 37$ each time, so thats 74 dollars just for shipping? Is this fair to me? I think I got the short end of the deal here.

Even if it was shipped out on TIME, it still would of had the same wrong address? And how am I supposed to verify when I have an email saying 1166 as the number, does the guy not know his own street address?
