I traded a gold nugget I had with Doug to change specs and he was very helpful and was able to get me exact specs I needed down to the ounce.  I also purchased one of his preorder Hybrids and again he was able to get me exact specs and the shipping was fast on both balls.  Doug is one of the best and thats the bottom line, whether its buzzsaws or anything else Doug is great to deal with.  No doubt if I lived near him he would be my proshop of choice.
