FED EX -The most strangest transaction
« on: November 15, 2007, 11:12:44 PM »
after proving more to my transaction with cjh2839.  it turns out the the waybill was signed to be shipped on the 26th of October.   when i finally got the ball with the tracking number.  i checked with FED EX website to see the transition. according to site, ball was not shipped until the 29th of october and the delivery date states nov.15/07. For some strange reason, the papers attached to the box had a date shippment of nov 7.   earlier in the week, when i inquired with FED EX they told me that there were no packages under my name and that ground shipping usually takes 3 - 6 days.  it took fedex over 3 weeks to deliver this ball via ground.  it was my frustration that got the best of me and I apologize to cjh2839.  i meesage him to change carrier because this may happen again.  again my apologies to casey.

there is no telling why or what happened with Fed-X, everyone has bad days, reminds me once of a UPS shipment I sent to Cleveland to a member here on BR, told him when it left and when to expect it, it didn't arrive when it was suppose to, so I get a call and begin investigating, UPS lost the package somewhere between Austin Tx and Dallas, it scanned when it left here but was never scanned in Dallas a hub. They told me they had several humdred packages in a secure holding area, I was welcome to come look to see if I recognized the box from outside the fence, thank god they found it and sent it on to Cleveland, 4 days late, didn't charge me for the shipping cost, but after a pissed off customer, whom I lost, I changed to DHL, have had much better service and about $5.00 a ball cheaper for better service !!!!! End of rant

I hate fed-ex.  They have lost two of my balls during shipping.  They found one of them after a week and delivered it 8 days late.

Sadly, the only thing they ever found of the other one was an empty box in the Washington state terminal.  Odd thing is, it was coming from Indiana to Texas and should have been here in 2-3 days.  It was NOT sent airfreight, yet ended up going to Washington on a plane and was never seen again.

I will NOT use fed-ex, and won't buy from people who use them if I know that is who they use.  Unless they use UPS or DHL ( thanks for the centaur tekneek!) I most likely will just pass up the deal.

Tekneek sent me a ball across the state ( Texas ) and it only took 2 days using DHL.  UPS is the only thing I have here to ship with, so I guess that will just have to do, but NO FED-EX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sh*t happens.
Try running a business and then tell me that it doesn't. I freaking dare you!

99.99% of the time (Ivory Pure!) both UPS and FEDEX will deliver a pkg when they say they will, but FEDEX's packages will be beaten to a bloody pulp.
