Not usually one to lay out information but in the past when i had a problem with a seller I listed his or her name and address. I was lucky enough a few board members were from that neck of the region and helped me out by notifying local establishments of this fraud. I also contacted the authorities in his area asking about internet fraud. They kindly notified him as did I by doing some internet research. I gave him 48hrs and low and behold my ball came back to me. A little research can go a long ways with the internet. If you used a postal money order its considered a federal issue if i recall correctly also.
