Roger was willing to negotiate on the price, and then shipped the ball the same or next day with a tracking number.

After a week and a half, I called Fed Ex after seeing on the tracking page that the ball hadn't left Arizona. They said that they'd put a tracer on the package, and call me back in a couple of days. That call never came. When I called them back, they told me the package had been lost.

I was in touch with Roger the whole time, and let him know of the circumstances as they developed. His response time was impressive, and he was very apologetic even though he obviously wasn't at fault. When I told him that Fed Ex told me to contact the shipper to fill out a claims form, he answered that if he didn't get compensation from Fed Ex in a couple of days, that he would go ahead and send me a refund. 2 days later, as promised, he refunded my money.

Roger lives up to the reputation he's earned on this site, and I would do business with him again, without a doubt.
