Gordo's a great person to deal with.  He even went the extra mile when Fedex screwed up and made sure they got the ball here within 24 hrs.  Love to deal with again.

Rob was a pleasure to deal with.  Good communication all the way through, and definitely wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.  He's been an excellent buyer and just wanted to say it was a pleasure one last time.
