Although I did not buy from him this time, I have before with great results, very quick responses, very understanding, and goes a long way to satisfy the customer.

I was trying to buy a ball from him, we couldn't get the pics to show up on my email. Got them in the end after i said I would take it anyway. Turned out pin was to far for my PAP and i would have to redrill. Told him i would have to pass after seeing the pics, I am not a fan of redrilling balls. He completely understood, some people would get upset, but he didn't and that goes a long way with me.
