Need help with info on Joe Bettinger from Arizona. He purchased a ball from me in December 2008 on ballreviews. This morning Paypal refunded his money as he is claiming it was an unauthorized transaction. He never made any attempt to contact me since transaction. All of the sudden after 10 weeks, it is an unauthorized transaction??

Does any know this guy or have any suggestions on what I can do?

I have his address and email. Was hoping that someone on here knew his user name and/or has dealt with him.

It sucks that he used ball for 2 months and now claims it was an unauthorized transaction and Paypal instantly gives him his money back. So he now has the ball and his money and is probably still throwing the ball!

Call The Pro shop where he bowls act like a friend say hey did you drill up my friend Joe's such and such ball? Then you will know he has the ball and is using it, most shop owners will back you up being a fellow operator.

ouch, another one finds away to screw another seller.
