I met Gene on my way to Nationals this year.  Actually went about 4 hours out of my way to get to his shop.  I sent him a bowling ball to take measurements from and he drilled me a Mutant cell that was dead on.

I was having problems with my thumb, one is because its very large and secondly because it shrinks quite a lot after the first half game.

Gene drilled a Plague for me using the "IT" system and made four different slugs.  They varied in size so that I could start with the next to lragest and work my way down as needed.  This gave me a great fit and I'm able to change the insert and get a great feel almost immediately.  The largest thumb he made for me is only used in emergencies.  Between a lot of practicing, pot bowling, tournaments and leagues, someimes my thumb swells and I have to use the largest insert.  This allows me to use a piece of protective tape on my thumb, still bowl and allows for healing the thumb much quicker.

So I'd like to send a thank you up to Raiderh20boy. The "IT" system is working tremendously.
