He sent a Money Order, as promised. As far as I am concerned, our transaction is complete. He kept his word. Other topic about our deal has been deleted, as I promised.

The transaction is complete in that you got your money back (albeit a bit late). You did not get the ball you orignally dealt for, and you lost a potential sale to a customer.
However, you didn't lose any cash, either, since Cheeks did finally make good on his word to refund you the $$.
