"i talked to doug's wife and he was at the pro shop and when i called he was on his way home and he had shipped the ball out to me. i can do 2 payments of 60 bux one sent on monday and the other send the following monday. that is truthful answer i can do that for sure i have to 60 dollars right now then payed this coming friday so i could send on that monday. let me know if thats ok cause i really want to straighten this out. thanks alot"

I was really hoping to open this thread and see good news. Matt burned me as well, but kinda/sorta settled it. I have no idea why, but I have taken a very liberal stance with this kid. He has not proven he has learned his lesson, and not taking care of the deal that he ripped you on, I totally see no reason to be "adult" with this KID anymore.
Please though, keep us posted. Hopefully he will come through, but I seriously doubt it.

This is truly sad, that someone is allowed to continuously, lie, cheat, stell, defraud, etc. etc.
I do hope that somehow you do get your money, and you deserve more than the origional amount (interest over time) not less (IMHO).
