Made a deal with him on 7/27 to sell him a NIB Action Packed for $100. He only had $85 in his paypal account at the time, so I said that's fine, just send me the rest when you have it. I have sent him a couple messages now with no replies at all. How long does it take someone to send $15?? All I want is an answer from him as to when I should expect full payment. I thought he was a good user on here, but now I have my doubts.
