I also bought a ball from Phil. Received the ball damaged, not from shipping. It took quite some time, but he did make good on it.

BTW ... I just left SoCal this summer and bowled at Harley's Simi Bowl and lived in TO.

I did a deal with him in early August, and after he said UPS destroyed the ball, and after he said USPS lost a refund letter (and apparently another one, it's been over three weeks since he said he sent it), I'm still waiting.  Haven't heard from him in three weeks, and have sent two messages in that time.  Still nothing.  I wouldn't really care that much under normal circumstances, but I paid quite a bit of money for one ball ($155), so I'd kinda like to at least hear what's going on.

Thanx for the reply ... yeah, timely communication doesn't seem to be his forte'; I hope that you issue gets resolved soon, Bud.
 I'm just glad that I told him that I wanted a tracking number BEFORE I mailed out the cashiers check that I was holding for him; BTW, after over a month of no correspondence, I redeposited the check. Too bad too 'cuz he said that he had a line on two Silver Streak pearls and they are almost impossible to find anymore.
