Anybody heard from him in a while?  It's been some time since I saw him post last.  Again, I'm still waiting on my ball.  However, I don't want to go getting crazy and all mad now if he's on vacation, or is busy or something.  Still, it's been 6 months, and no ball for me yet, and I'm starting to get a tad miffed.  I might have said this before, but I was planning on giving the ball to a friend.  I thought a NIB high performance (aka expensive) ball might make her day, so that's why I'm getting a little more "anxious" about finally getting it sometime this year.  When we made the deal in January, I was just joking around with him about the time restraints on the deal, and said, "As long as I get it sometime before May, I'll be happy."  Hence, using the rules of logic, I am no longer happy.

My question is this, is it really worth the trouble to turn this into a legal matter over an $130 (wholesale) ball?  This is the FIRST time he's failed to return a message also, and I bet I've sent him about 25 or so (most of those being early messages while we were making the deal).  Lol, Buzzsaw, she's married . . .  But she does have a couple daughters that'll be 18 in a couple years
