I think I'd look to get my cash back and move on to the next botched deal on this site.

jkiser appears to be far more correct than I, originally, wanted to believe.  Keeping a tight-knit circle of people that you buy/sell/trade with is the way to go.  Sad to say, but it's more right than wrong.  I had a very easy deal with Kenny and I hope you get satisfaction soon.

This is really getting out of hand to say the least.

It's all the more reason why I will not send money to someone unless I see a ball first.  Let's see.....I've had to have bought and traded at least 30+ balls here and sold another 20 or so as a guess......and some little crapper that's new here is going to tell me I need to start the ball rolling???  Yeah....right.

Sean.....glad to see you did what you did!!

I called this as well...No matter what the dude says, his actions speak volumes.

Go ahead and call his local police dept and put some heat on him, that always gets the situation going.

I wish the BR mod would put a stciky at the top of this forum with dead-beat/bad traders in it. The we could all have fair warning of the morons !

This is GREAT, now that people are only trading with people they are close with, people will never be able to sell stuff like i am because i don't have a thousand references. Im really suprised at this because like i said i had a perfect deal with kenny

--------------------
Im so glad people are brainwashed to thinking that if they buy a new ball they will carry everything. And its even funnier when im carrying with my 15 year old ball and they're going flat ten.

Walter, I'm not certain it's come to this yet.

However, how many times can we hear about rotten deals with users and not be cynical?

Maybe, ballreviews.com can devise a sort of "feedback" rating, like eBay, to chronicle good, bad, and neutral transactions.

I had a good deal previously with kenny, but what he has done here is atrocious. Lying is absolutely horrible and his mismanagement of money is just horrific.

I hope all ends up working out mainzer, but man I really can't see doing business with kenny ever in the future after this one, its just amazing how immature and stupid some users are on here.

I Talked to him the other day, He claims that their is something wrong with UPS and that he is having problems with them. Also says the tracking numbers are the same as they were the previous time he shipped them out. but when I tracked them they hadn't moved for a week.

I've probably sent out over 50 balls using UPS exclusively. They only f'd up once when they sent Bracket Creeps ball I sold him to Chicago first (we both live in CA).

Somehow, I think it was BC's fault..

Anyway, blaming 3rd parties seems to be gaining popularity around the 'ol BR camp fire.

For the record, if UPS is given an address they can't find, they will sit on it for several days until returning it to the sender.  So, if you meant to say you live at 1234 Main Street, but accidentally put 123 Main Street on the shipping label, and that's not a valid address, UPS can't really do anything about it until the shipper contacts them to correct it.  The only way the shipper will know it's screwed up is when they either check the tracking, or the package shows back up at their doorstep a week and a half later.  Combine this with someone who isn't very diligent about getting shipping done on time and doing it right and you'll have a long, long wait before you get your stuff.

My suggestion?  Take the tracking numbers and call UPS directly to find out what the problem is.  (More than likely, the shipping address they were given is wrong, or for some reason they can't find your address in their system)  Also, find out if he shipped them through The UPS Store -- if he did, you can probably get them to help you out and talk to UPS on your behalf.

Bottom line...

Don't worry, be happy.

Have you personally tried calling UPS and directly speaking to them about it?

1-800-PICK-UPS, I believe you hit 0 for the operator if I remember right, been AGES since I called them.  If not, call your local UPS Store, they will know the best way to get in touch with UPS customer service.

Eric, based on this I would say yes, he's got the tracking numbers.

If you do, I believe you should be able to call them.  As the receiver of stuff, I've more than inquired as to the whereabouts of goods to be delivered.  My name is on the listing and I've paid for it....I believe I have the right to look into it.
