hello guys im just letting everyone on know as you prolly have already seen that i am going to pay everyone back i have started paying everyone back and will continue till i have everyone paid back i got preapproved for a loan through iowa student loan corparation.  since im still taking a couple classes that my work pays for, i was able to get this loan, i did take my last paycheck and payed pack a few people and i plan to pay back as many more as i can even before this money comes, but i just want to let everyone know that i am not running, and this is not to try to make me be out the victim here or anything i messed up if they would let me use the f word i would say i fed up.  and that i can never say im sorry enough for, but if you would ask yourself this how many people on this site have you seen that did f up like i did start to pay people back and get a loan so he/she could pay everyone back?  still i know that doesnt make what happend any better but i just want everyone to know that i was not scamming them with the paypal thing....think about it for a second when you guys did the dispute i made it a claim so it didnt take the full 30 to 40 days, i made it so it took 10 because i personally called paypal and they told me that they would refund everyones money and just have my account at a negative then i could have just paid them back, i mean if i wanted to scam you guys or by myself more time i would have let the whole paypal dispute run its course and then we wouldnt even be having this conversation right now it would still be a dispute not even a claim, i just wanted to let everyone know that i am serious about paying everyone back as soon as i get this loan, and like ive said before i never ment for any of this to happen.  please dont hijack this or anything because i have noticed a lot of people with nothing to do with this situation hijacking all the threads.  again im very sorry about everything.  but i will make this right.

Recieved my refund today via a PayPal payment from another account that Adam has access to.

Although this was a huge pain in the a*s*s, at least the guy is following through with making things right.

I have done a good deal with him, but i think it was an interest free loan knowing he had a student loan coming in sometime already. Nothing like committing crime and just says oops sorry i did not mean to screw you all over, give me a break you pronged this people created a false distributor story and now it all is good???

Pm me the distributor name and i will check the business license department for that city?? I think you knew exactly what you were doing and now have to make up stuff too CYA per say. I say your BS and these guys are being nice just too get there money you committed a crime and Ballreviews.com and BBE should ban you for life plain and simple!!!

see what happens is that i had like credit with this guy that i was buying from.  so i took the money out of my paypal account stupidly and i used it but i thought that i would just be getting billed like i normaly do.  you can ask anyone i did have access i sold dooms and pains to people on this site for the 75 dollars.  was i foolish and made a mistake yes.  i have never said i wasnt. infact i sold one to lane1convert is one i can remember off the top of my head.

Adam, please ignore these people whom you had no dealings with and keep it in private messages the conversations and only reveal information when eaxh issue is resolved. All they are trying to do is make threats. If these guys knew anything, then they would know I would not say anything if I didn't know who your distributor was. If it did, which it wouldn't, make it to a district attorney's office, then I think the information and evidence alone, along with my testimony would dismiss any case. A good investigator would look at all of the evidence and this guy is popping off without all of the information, which obviously I would have or wouldn't get involved. Do not feed the trolls anymore. Handle your business and move on. Some of us with all of the information will give you a second chance. Let them continue and just ignore them.

Yup.  The ball is first quality, 2-3" pin, still sitting NIB in my room, just begging to be drilled.  I have done two transactions with Adam, and even though they may have taken a little longer than normal, everything worked out fine, and I personally would probably do business with him again.

I'll never do business with Adam again.

Although I'm glad he's cleaning up his mess, he has proven to be unreliable as a seller... Not to mention that he was lying about this whole thing until we had our feet on his throat. Once I threatened him with the personal information I had about him, he sure was quick to take action! Anyway, that's the last I will say about it.

I reccomend that anyone who has never done business with Adam to NEVER attempt it. That's the least he deserves for this scam.

I know that I didnt do biz with adam during this time of turmoil, but to all of those who did, at least you are getting paid back. If Adam was the guy you all are making him out to be, he would have taken the money and run! Think twice before you speak. . .I know where all of you coming from. I got ripped off $700+ dollars on ebay, so i know exactly why you would sa stuff like you are. . .

And I too, would still do business with you adam, any day.
