I ordered a Track Machine 2nd from them.  It turned out they didn't have the ball at the time of order, and it took 2 weeks for the ball to come in to them.  Specs are exactly as requested, and they did ship out the day after they received the ball; I'm really happy about that.  

To sum it all up, they respond to e-mail quickly, I'm happy with the product, but I feel communication (in terms of notification) could have been better.  Be sure to see if they have the product in stock first!
