First of all I would like to ask all you guys a question... Do you ever run into a shot where you find to much hook or not quiet enough to score? Well let me tell you a little about what I think of this ball. I bowl in one house that is mabey one of the hardest houses in the country to score in. The league shot is the Doom should I say. From week to week they never seem to change that much but the way they are set up is they are flooded inside like 7 at the breakpoint, dry from like 3 to 7 and then oily outside of that. This shot is so different and hard because you just have to have that perfect ball in hand to score the most.
I drilled my Hard Core by the paper... The #1 leverage drilling. My ball came out with just over a half ounce of side in it and the paper says to bring it to a half. Mine actually has 3/4 ounce but I couldnt want any more or les by the few shots tested with it. The looks of this ball when have people saying gosh you need polish asap!!! I will bet that! All you need to say is well we will just have to see... By just the looks of this ball, you would think it would roll earlier than an HPH or Goliath but the eyes can be decieving because this ball gets through the heads with ease! On the tough house shot mentioned about seemed to become very easy for me with this ball in hand! I started out throwing from 15 to 3-4. This ball was carrying the world!!! A good 4 out of 8 guys was playing this type breakpoint on our pair. Some playing deeper and some playing straighter but still playing the same area of bank. Well I was outscoring everyone else because of 3 things- I carried better than everybody else, when I got my ball inside 7 in the puddle it still made it to the pocket, and when I hit the 4/5 breakpoint to early it rolled heavy into the pocket not jerking beak every shot! My first two games where 258, and 215 with it. The last game I had to change balls because the heads finally got burned. I drill many balls and this ball gets down the lane better than any other dull ball or heavy oil ball on the market. I have a punisher for the flying backends and now I dont need it so it seems because this ball blends the lanes so nicely! I did in fact notice that the punisher hooked up a little quicker than the hard core if you can believe that!
I would have to recomend any of the regional players or players that bowl on short paterns to not be affraid to throw this ugly dull ball because it will produce huge numbers on the flying backends... It will also help Circle out because everyone will see that it is a win win stuation to buy this ball! If you see some great reviews of this ball in the bowlers Journal or any other magazine, then believe them because it is absolutly true! If you are a big Storm fan or any other company then you shouldnt buy this product because you will find yourself wanted to change companies completely!!!!
All in all, I would rate the ball a perfect 10 because of its perfect blend to tough lane conditions and carry percentage!!! This is my first Circle ball and will be the last that is for at least one more week!!! This is a must see ball if never seen and to get a great deal on these balls go to
www.bowlingball.com and check out the super low prices on these jewels! Circle just came into the PBA a few months agao and believe me this company is gonna be one of the big names in just a little time making great balls like this one. Sorry this review is so long but just want to tell everyone to be open minded and try different products until you find the one and this is the one!!!
Thanks Circle, john
