The Loud Noize is designed to compliment the early, smooth motion of the original Noize.  This ball offers length, but still has some surface texture to blend out the over/under reaction on wet/dry lanes.

My Loud Noize, drilled 60* x 40* at 4 1/4" from my PAP, sort of struggled with the heavy volume in our center.  In box finish, I had to wait until the track area started to cook up before I could get a consistent reaction.  Once this happened, this ball started to do what it is advertised to do.  It gave me a lot more length than my Noize, and had much more of an angular move off the spot.  I was about 10-12 boards right with my feet compared to the Noize.  I threw this against my Dead Flush, and noticed that the Loud Noize was about 2 boards more overall hook in the box finish.

For most common league conditions, this ball will be magic towards the end of the shift.  When your other balls start to hook too early, you can take out the Loud Noize and pack the pocket again.  For slicker conditions, this will not be the ball you start with, unless you have slow ball speed.

If you bowl in a 2nd/3rd shift league, or struggle with dryer lanes, take a serious look into the Loud Noize.

Drilled this ball earlier today 5x5 with no hole. Condition was house pattern post one league shift. Unfortunately I did not have any other balls with me to compare. However, this ball was the most angular of any of the TiBoss core balls I have thrown including the Wrath line.

Compared to the Wrath Dead Flush the Loud Noize will skid an extra 5 feet but corner much harder than the Dead Flush. The motion of the ball reminds me a lot of Storm's T Road or Hammer's Raw Toxic. The carry was incredible, the pins stayed noticeably low.

If your looking for a very skid flippy type of ball reaction this is the ball for you. On the right type of house pattern you will strike forever.

I will post further comments when I have used the ball on more different types of conditions. Look for my comments on the Momentum Swing and Perfect Rival real soon.

Thanks to Chad Murphy and Joe Farley for providing me with the best equipment in the world of bowling.

drilled   6 1/2
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v642/boatkung/mY%20ARseNaL/IMG_0171.jpg

Let's talk about why I love my  baby  " LOUD NOIZE "  !!!

I was looking for a ball that can work at my dry house, one day I was searching for an ball and I found LOUD NOIZE. This ball is use for medium oil lane, but my house is dry I didn't think it was good for my house. So I order it, do to because I like the colors and the price that I got for it.

After I got the ball and had the pro shop drill for me the way I wanted, was to make the ball go long down the lane.  With the pin 6 1/2 from PAP.

With the practice I had at my dry house, the ball clear through the front, with predictable backend for me to control it easily.

And also with the practice I had with my second house, this house is a med oil lane house. The ball was less backend, easily to control, hit the pin very hard, and also very smooth on the lane.

With this message is telling you is, you should have this ball if your house is dry or med oil lane with clean backend. But the ball doesn't work good on carry down.

Nice job Columbia 300 =)

Columbia Loud Noize

Drilling: Pin 4" from PAP and Mb 45 degrees from PAP, Val line 30 degrees from my PAP. Pin is above ring finger. Weight Hole on my axis. Factory Polished initially then sanded to 4000 Abralon Pad.

Bowler Information:
Track diameter is 10 1/2.
PAP is measured at 5 1/4 over and 3/8" up.
Average ball speed (foul line to head pin) is 16 mph.
Axis rotation is typically 90 degrees
Initial rev rate is typically 300 rpm, "Tweener"
Lane Condition and Pattern:
Bowlero Lanes, HPL 9000 Panel. Oil Pattern: THS condition medium oil outsides, heavier oil inside, semi clean backends.

Review:
Out of the box, the ball reminded me of my Ti Boss 2 Purple Columbia ball from years ago, very clean through the fronts with a strong but smooth motion on the backs, this is a great ball when they break down and you have to play a inside angle looking for recovery on the back ends. Fresh conditions unless you have alot of hand, the ball will labor in the heavy oil line. I took the ball down to 4000 abralon, for me at this grit, I love the reaction, I can use it on a fresh pattern and now I don't get the excessive squirt in the oil but I can still use it from a inside angle and still get the recovery to carry when they break down and dry up. The ball has the hard hit that I remember from the old days of the original Ti-Boss when Columbia made the balls in San Antonio TX. Hook Rating from 1-10 a 6, back end reaction a 8 at 4000 abralon. Reminds me very much of the Original The One made by Ebonite. Thanks for reading my review.

With Columbia not having many pearlized balls I was excited to see this ball. I drilled this ball with a 4 inch pin with a low hole. This ball worked really well on the house shot after I scuffed it to 4000. With my ball speed the 4000 helped it read the lane and had a great backend. I used this ball in a tournament at a drier house and it worked great. It was just what C300 needed to fill in that gap in their line. Shined up this ball would work great if you bowled second shift or in a house with wood, or guardian lane shield. Even scuffed being pearlized it still kept its pearl charachteristics. I also used it on the Viper and it was a perfect ball to step down to when the heads went.
Really like this piece and think anyone looking for a nice midrange pearl ball would really want this in their bag!

Just got around to drilling my Loud Noize last week.  A bit about myself.  Little bit than higher ball speed. (17-18 MPH) Rev Rate is probably in the 350-400 range.  Mainly drilled the ball for the shorter PBA patterns (Cheetah, Viper)  Placed the pin 4" from my PAP (axis points are 4 1/2 x 3/4) so the ball would be a bit smoother out of the pattern.  The ball clears the front really good, picks up the midlane well and is not super snappy off the back.  It worked really good on the house pattern which is about 40'.  So far, so good.  Looking forward to drilling a cool noize this week sometime.

I JUST LOVE THIS BALL!!! This ball gives me that reaction i need when the fronts go away the length i can get from this ball is just awesome...i don't recommend this ball as a ball you would use on the fresher patterns but late in the day i just love this ball and as i said before when the fronts go away it's the first ball i go to!!

I recommend this ball to everyone who's in need of a ball that you can get left create some angle through the fronts and still get the ball to finish!

Loud Noize

My stats are in my profile.

Drilling: Here is a pic of the layout:http://s826.photobucket.com/albums/zz189/stopncrank/bowling%20gear/?action=view¤t=2010-03-11-102321.jpg&newest=1

Surface: oob/ 1000, 2000 light with polish.

I got a deal on this ball NIB, and i really needed a lower end pearl. I matched up well with the old Boss balls back in the late 90's so i was excited to see how this ball rolled.

What i got: OOB i struggled with this ball. I held out changing the surface thinking maybe it needed more friction than i was bowling on. Finally, i hit it with 1000 abralon, then lightly with 2000 then Powerhouse polish. This made a world of difference for this ball. After the surface change this ball matches up well for me on broken down house shots, as well as those houses that have extreme friction outside of 5. With this drilling and surface the ball reads the midlane well with almost a snappy reaction on the back.

What im impressed with more than anything is the versatility it has. On fresh, it gives me the option of squaring up and playing straighter, as well as being the piece i go to when the heads are fried and i need something more on the backend from deeper angles.

I think for most bowlers this ball will be that drier piece thats a little stronger than say Tropical Storms, C300 Jazz's and so on. I think the straighter players will like the pop this ball can give them on the back. The crankers like myself will really like the versatility and options this ball gives them. Tweeners will see a ball that they can stay with for longer times without having to make big moves.

Overall this is a great med/dryer lane ball. The core in this ball was top of the line about 8-10 years ago. The updated cover really matches up with the older core. I really like the idea of using older cores with updated covers to fill the lower end lines,I wish more companies would do this. The idea of me matching up to this core some time back really made my mind up on this piece for me. I highly recommend this ball for bowlers looking for that drier lane ball.
