What is it may you ask? A Columbia Sport. It was an X-out due to all the white and pink phasing(looks very nice though). That's a pic after it was drilled up. I has the pin 1 1/2 from my PAP(the X-Hole is on the PAP, pitched 1" down). The polished TEX Shell and this tame/rolly drill gives me a look that I need so bad on most house conditions. I've put about 8 games on it so far and I do not want to put it down for anything. It really lets me know when I made a bad shot because it feeds up the lane so well and give me a slow mellow arc from the midlane-on, enabling me to parallel myself to anywhere right or 15 and get a predictable roll to the hole. I practied a few games after I got off from work tonight and had a great look playing outside the 1st arrow in a house that is notorious for being dirt dry outside with a FLOOD in the middle. from 7-7 was definitely flooded up and the Sport looked like plastic being played from anywhere inside of 10. Yet from 5 and out this ball found it's home and showed it's even nature, hammering the hole for the back 9 in game 2, of 4 for a 266.
FYI, the Rebound ........

.........was just too early and sensitive to the friction being played up the extreme outside. It gave me a better look feeding the edge of the oil around 10-8 for the first 25-30 feet then getting some kick off the dry.
Hand and hand they make an excellent tandem. When my "Test Ball" gets here(sorry, I don't know what it is until I get it and drill it up) and a blank Urethane I'll post a review after about a week of use. But for now the Sport is a great overlooked gem from the past that gives a nice predictable motion.
Get some at cheapbowlingballs.com they might be the only place that has them left

Is it the ball or the drilling?
Me thinks more than 70% of this smooth act is because of drill!
Why because I just laid one on our local wet dry center on a ball I used ot have that was strong. And now it reads so slow!!! Ummmm! Ummmm!
