Title: Action cover question

Mine came NIB.  Was expecting a silky smooth to touch finish - suprise, suprise,  silky smooth with teeth.  Has anyone else noticed the teeth?

O.K. - I suppose no one else thinks this cover has particle in it.  I know the description is M-80 1200 grit, but, I can feel the particle.
